One thing we pride ourselves with is a great staff. We consider ourselves one big family. We realize there is so much talent, passion and loyalty in our staff. We value each of the ideas our staff brings forward to enhance each guest experience at Bleu Restaurant and Lounge.
The Chef:
Brian Neuens’ passion for culinary expertise comes from two decades of experience at local fine dining establishments, as well as large venue caterings, such as Lambeau Field and PGA Golf Tournaments. Each of those experiences has helped him develop the unique offerings at Bleu. He has an eye for presentation which is reflected in each creation that is served to you. Brian’s passion is French-inspired American cuisine, which is represented in our menu and weekly featured menu items.

Wishing we could take credit for the beautiful interior design of Bleu, we owe Designs of the Interior on North Broadway in Green Bay all the credit. The designers at Designs of the Interior came up with the color, art, furniture and textures in our space. Old doors puzzled together on the ceiling were a challenge, but add to the uniqueness of our restaurant.
