The Slot Analyst will assist in and lead the development of fulfillment center slotting strategy process to improve fulfillment center productivity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain slotting strategy, policy and procedures for the fulfillment center.
• Reduce fulfillment center throughput cycle time, improve fulfillment center safety performance, improve order accuracy, and reduce product damage.
• Meet regularly with management to discuss suggestions for slot setup for approval of slot changes.
• Establish slotting for all new items, adjust and relocate SKU’s in new locations when velocity changes.
• Train management to understand the slotting strategy and policy.

Job Requirements:

• Customer service driven.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
• Strong team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required.
• High school diploma or GED and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
