The Authority’s Representative must be notified prior to any publication (whether in oral, written or other form) in particular any press announcement of the Research, Results or Data or of matters arising from such Results or Data.

In the event that a Party is required to disclose the Confidential Information of the other Party by law or an order of a court, tribunal or government agency, said first Party shall promptly notify the other Party and give said other Party a reasonable opportunity to seek a confidentiality order or take other appropriate action in respect of the proposed disclosure.Publication of Research Results.
